Veronica Nealy-Morris

CEO/President

Veronica Nealy-Morris, Ph.D., is a philosopher and holistic life counselor who specializes in cognitive-behavioral strategies. She empowers individuals to build emotional intelligence, heal from trauma, and embrace personal transformation. As a celebrated author, entrepreneur, educator, and motivational speaker, she is recognized for her commitment to uplifting others. She resides in Orlando, Florida, with her husband, Retired Master Sergeant Robert L. Morris.

 

With over 35 years of experience as a licensed respiratory therapist across 13 states, Dr. Nealy-Morris has received numerous honors for her service and leadership. In 2022, she was named an honorary Admiral in the Texas Seahorse Squadron and received the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award from President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris.

 

As the author of four books, Dr. Nealy-Morris inspires readers to engage in reflection and self-expression through writing. Dr. Nealy-Morris is the President of The Esther Alliance, where she leads with vision and purpose, advancing mentorship, holistic development, and community transformation.

Stephani Miller

Vice President

Stephani Miller, Ph.D., is a philosopher and certified ancestral healing practitioner whose work empowers individuals to heal generational trauma and reconnect with their spiritual heritage. As Vice President of The Esther Alliance, she leads initiatives centered on equity, wellness, and empowerment for underserved communities.

She is also the CEO of Independent Living Services, LLC, providing life coaching, personal supports, and companion services to people with disabilities. As Vice President of SOFAFEA, Dr. Miller helps preserve and honor the legacies of early African American ancestors through education and historical advocacy.

Deeply committed to cultural preservation and transformative healing, Dr. Miller continues to uplift individuals and communities through purposeful service.

Precious Hill

Board Member & Treasurer

Precious Hill is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 19 years of successful business experience. As an accomplished educator, certified childcare director, and project manager, she brings a wealth of expertise to her diverse roles. Mrs. Hill is also recognized for her philanthropic initiatives and strategic contributions. In addition to her entrepreneurial pursuits, she serves as a trusted consultant in both business and school curriculum development.

A native of Florida, Mrs. Hill is happily married to a supportive husband, and together, they are blessed with a combined four beautiful children. Her commitment to excellence and passion for education and community engagement underscore her multifaceted contributions to both the business and educational realms.

Sasha Wallace

Board Member

Sasha Wallace has dedicated more than a decade to teaching middle and high school English, where she fosters both academic excellence and personal growth in her students. For the past nine years, she has also sponsored the Find Your Voice Girls Club (FYV), an extracurricular empowerment program that supports young women of all backgrounds. Through service projects, etiquette workshops, career and college readiness training, and a strong sense of sisterhood, Ms. Wallace helps students discover their inner strength, resilience, and worth.

Beyond the classroom and her work with FYV and The Esther Alliance, Ms. Wallace enjoys time with her husband, Max, and their son, Atlas. She is an avid reader with a passion for exploring new cuisines.

Marie McKenzie

Board Member

Once silenced by the trauma of sexual assault, Marie McKenzie, MBA, has transformed her pain into power. As a Registered Nurse and Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner, she is the founder of the International Sexual Assault Coaching Institute, a global platform dedicated to advocacy, education, and reshaping how survivors are supported. Through this work, Marie empowers survivors to reclaim their voices while equipping healthcare professionals with the tools to deliver compassionate, trauma-informed care.

 

As an award-winning, #1 bestselling author and international speaker, Ms. McKenzie is recognized for her passion, expertise, and impact. She serves on the board of the Florida Council Against Sexual Violence and is a former board member of The Inner Truth Project. Now, as a proud board member of The Esther Alliance, Ms. McKenzie continues her mission of advocacy and empowerment, helping expand education, mentorship, and holistic development for communities.
